Exceptional Quality and beautifully made book cover or documents case is deeply carved with forest scenes, swirling scrolls and foliage, deer, antilopes, birds, peacocks and tigers .Very much in the style of the antique silver from Bhuj in Kutch Gujarat.
Very hard to spot minor pieces of carving missing - also small inner clasp missing.
Generally in really excellent well cared for condition. Good original patina.
Original velvet inside. Very nice deep sandalwood smell.
