Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and carefully packed.

For all orders a fixed freight fee is charged, irrespective of the number of items you purchase.

 

Items within the UK are Free 
Shipments to Europe are £10 
Shipments to the US are £20 
The rest of the world are £25
Free shipping may be offered globally in connection with campaigns  

 

All shipments are made via Royal Mail Special delivery and all shipments over 2kg are made with parcel force.  Shipment times do vary in accordance to location. 
UK 2-4 business days*
Europe 3-5 business days *
Rest of the world 5-7 business days*

Any duties at the country of import is payable by the customer.


Please note if you'd like to opt for full shipping insurance cover with your order please get in touch and we can add this onto the shipping costs at a negotiable charge.  

 

All orders are tracked and signed for.  Once the transaction has been made and your order processed we will send over an email with all the details and tracking details.   

We don't post parcels to P.O boxes unless prearranged or post on weekends.  It is not possible to redirect orders once posted. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdraw, e.g. by letter or e-mail. You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products' nature, characteristics and method of functioning. Since the product's packaging for delicate items, is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned.

You must return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw.

You will receive a pre paid shipping label via email which will need attaching to the parcel.  Items will be collected from the same address as they are placed.   Once the item is returned you will receive your full refund minus the pre paid shipping cost. 

An exchange policy is available.  Please contact me via email to arrange this option. 

Privacy & Safety

Please be assured all data collected will fall within all privacy protection acts (GDPR) and under any circumstances will your data be sold/used by another party.  


A payment services provider (stripe.com/paypal) collects payment details on our behalf, such as credit or debit card numbers, expiry dates and security codes.

You will only receive email/newsletters if you have confirmed receiving these yourself or have personally agreed. 

The data we ask from you is only for execution of orders on our website for the purpose of completing and delivering orders.  We will ask for your email address so that we can send you a confirmation and a receipt of your purchase.  

 

If you chose to subscribe to our monthly newsletter please be assured your details will fall within all privacy protection acts (GDPR) and will note be transferred to a third party under any circumstances.  If you wish you are able to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any given time.

We may be open to accept offers by email however please make it fair and firm. 
If we accept your offer then you will receive an email of acceptance.  When making an offer please state your preferred method of payment and timescale settlement as this will be taken into consideration whether to accept your offer or not.
