22ct Gold Turquoise Ganesha/Elephant God Pendant Rubies

Unusual and rare antique carved turquoise Ganesha of oval shape and very three dimensional set in a later but vintage 22ct gold pendant. The pendant is set with 11 oval cabochon foil backed rubies and with a splendid ruby bead droplet hanging from the bottom which articulates.
On the reverse is a fine quality design in Jaipur enamel work of flowers and foliage in blue, red, cream and green enamels.
Overall in excellent condition, a couple of very minor hard to spot losses to the enamel as is usual on this type of work.
Newly restrung on a beige woven and plaited silk three necklace of traditional Jaipuri design. The original old silk necklace had rotted over the years. This thread can be cut offf in place of a chain if required.
